Barry D. (Bart) Collins, Administrator and Development Director, is a native of Pennsylvania. Prior to coming to the Moravian Music Foundation in 2001, he was employed as a network engineer at Lucent Technologies. He has extensive and varied experience with computers, technical writing, customer service, and project management.

He holds a degree in electronics engineering, and served in the United States Navy. He is active as a semi-professional tuba player, and serves on the Board of Directors of the International Tuba Euphonium Association.
